You can barely see the outline of the taskbar after Screen Recorder was set to record from signing in to checking for the latest and then watching the new build download and install. The one problem I ran into so far with the ZDSoft program was ending up with a black screen when going to record the Insider upgrade on a VM. That was found under the 'Nothing happens' item on the Troubleshoot Game DVR on Windows 10 support page there. Go to the Xbox app, select Settings, then Game DVR, and then Keyboard shortcuts to get started. If that's the case, try adding your own shortcuts.

Some games ignore the Windows logo key, so Windows key + G won't work.

You can use the Game bar for some full-screen games, but not all.

Make sure the game isn't set to full-screen mode only.

Make sure that Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR is set to On.

Check your Game DVR settings: Open the Xbox app,then Settings,andthen Game DVR.
